this will help you…Use 'zillatube'.

You can download and then convert youtube video into mp3 music (and other formats too) with zillatube. Then integrate the mp3 into your videos.

This is the fastest way.

It works very well – just yahoo or google search for "zillatube"

download it off of a disk or by the song at itunes,then transfer it to youtube
