For good flash video quality you'd better to use flv format instead of swf format.
You need :
1. A web flash player. I recommend JW player at http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/
2. A flv converter which can gernerate high quality VP6/MP3, H264/AAC flv video. I recommend Icepine Video Converter Pro at http://www.icepine.com.
